3rd Briefing - Durham

Thanks Lydia for hosting 3rd Briefing in Durham.
A very busy and productive weekend. We've planned trainings for Leaders on camp and sessions to do with the Guides whilst on camp too. We are all very excited to carry these out in a months time. We were very lucky to have a visit from Lydia's District Commissioner, Annette who husband is Armenian. Annette taught us some very basic Armenian and shared lots of places we should visit in our spare time. I can't believe it has come around this quickly (46 days to go!).
Our uniform has arrived too...

And our home for the week...
"Yah it's up"
"So how does this go"

Goodbye from Durham. The next time we will all be together will be the night before we fly out to Armenia, 24th July. :D

2nd Briefing - Cuffley

Hi all...

So 2nd Briefing is over, it was great to meet up as a team again. We've had a busy weekend finding more out about our group roles and and what we will be doing on project.

Here we are discussing what camp skills and activities we can do with the Guides on camp.

Saturday evening entertainment, lots of laughter and giggles by all for the strictly come dancing, X factor, British Bake off meets the Apprentice.
We were The Cube ...

It was fair well on Sunday as this weekend was the last time all GOLDie will be together. But we were given a Mascot ... Meet Annie the Armenian with Rachael our Team Leader.
Until next time... Bye bye.
